If you have had an accident while cycling that wasn't your fault, Cycling Accident Management Services (CAMS) will help you make a claim. You do not need to be insured to use their service.
CAMS work with local bike shops, like us, to replace your bike and helmet immediately (if necessary). This means you don't have to wait for the insurance company to pay out to get back on your bike.
CAMS also seek to recover anything you might have lost as a result of the accident, such as personal belongings, earnings, or compensation because of injury.
CAMS offers 24/7 support for those wanting to make a claim. It's quick and easy to start your claim, provided you have details of the driver(s)' identity and/or vehicle registration details. You can still make a claim without this but it might take longer. Let CAMS do the debating for you.

If you are involved in an accident and it is safe to do so:
- Try to get the details of 2 independent witnesses.
- Take photos/video of the area, vehicles, bike, and driver if possible.
- Make a note if there is CCTV.
- Keep a record of everything: police reports, ambulance reports etc.
