Hassle free returns

Any item, except food, face masks or e-gift vouchers (full e-gift vouchers T&Cs are listed on the respective product pages) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the post.

Online or in-store purchases can both be returned to any store free of charge or can be returned by post after completing the online returns form. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage.

If you wish to return your bike to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know using the returns form and we will arrange collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:

1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £24.99 for collection. If you do not have the original box, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

A lightweight aluminium frame and fork, Trek's proprietary pedal-assist system with a hub motor (250 W, 40 Nm) that assists up to 25 km/h and a 250 Wh battery for a range of up to 55 kilometres per charge. Has this bike any IP certification for rainy and coldest weather?

TheIPcode or ingress protection code indicates how well a device is protected against water and dust. With an IP rating of5 or 6, most e-bike batteries are protected against dust ingress and water immersion. Most eBike motors and batteries are either partially or entirely dust-proof, according to the IP rating standard. Your motor won't be affected by a buildup of dust unless you leave it in a garage for a very long time!

Can the battery be removed for maintenance/ replacement if required?

This bike has an inbuilt battery and cannot be removed. A range extender is available seperately. Any issues/faults with the battery would be addressed by a Trek Authorised dealer/workshop.

How long does it take to charge?

It will take approximately 3-5 hoursto charge, depending on the state of the battery prior to charge and which charger is being used.
