Very impressed. Previously had bike serviced by Evans just down the road and wasn't happy. The service I had with Balfes was completed the same day including parts replacement. The mechanic took the bike out for a test run and wasn't happy so went back to workshop for further adjustment... read moreVery impressed. The mechanic took the bike out for a test run and wasn't happy so went back to workshop for further adjustment until he was satisfied (took 5 mins). Definitely returning to Balfes, very good service. read less

Ben worked hard to get the bike I wanted. After I was knocked off my old bike, which was written off we chose a new bike, but it was not immediately available. Ben persisted with the manufacturers and now I am riding a shiny new bike!
